Since we deal with living stock, delivery timelines of chicks may vary slightly based on hatchery cycles and environmental conditions. Customers will be notified immediately of any sudden schedule changes.
Nishu Enterprises ensures secure supply chain management and safe transport up to the agreed delivery point. For live broiler chicks, any count verifications or transit damage/mortality issues must be checked and reported on-the-spot during delivery. Nishu Enterprises will not be liable for any mortality or health issues once the batch is accepted and moved inside the customer's farm facility.
While we strictly maintain premium bio-security and high sanitation standards at our facilities to ensure disease-free stock, the ultimate growth and performance of birds depend heavily on the farmer's local infrastructure, water quality, and brooding management. We do not provide a guarantee on specific growth metrics after delivery.
Poultry market prices (for chicks and eggs) fluctuate daily based on market demand. The final billing will be processed according to the active rates on the day of dispatch or booking confirmations. Payments must be processed as per the agreed terms before dispatch.
